Key Responsibilities
As a customer support specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities
- Managing call center representatives and call performance
- Performing call center follow-up and other call center duties
- Preparing call center performance reports and reporting daily call center stats
- Assisting with supporting call-center agents on escalated calls
- Providing backup call center management and planning for call center technologies
- Receiving inbound calls from customers and resolving their issues
- Maintaining call center database by entering information on every call
- Defining inbound call readiness state and processing customer transactions in a call center environment
- Maintaining call center database by recording call outcomes and disposition
Requirements and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience as a customer support specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
