Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Clinical Research and Evidence Generation team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing cutting-edge research studies, analyzing complex data sets, and developing actionable insights that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute research studies to generate high-quality, actionable insights that inform business decisions
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform research findings
- Develop and maintain advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical methods to support research studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research, marketing, and sales, to ensure research findings are actionable and relevant
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate research findings to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, clinical research, and evidence generation
- Participate in research study design, execution, and analysis to ensure high-quality research findings
Essential Capabilities
* Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as statistics, biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science, clinical research, or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and executing research studies that generate high-quality, actionable insights
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, including generalized linear models, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL
- Experience with data management and analysis tools, such as SAS, SPSS, or Stata
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Capabilities
* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as statistics, biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in data science, clinical research, or a related field
- Experience with machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis
- Experience with geospatial analysis and mapping
- Strong understanding of clinical research regulations, including GCP, ISO, and CFR
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and health information exchange (HIE)
