Hiring: Motion designer for a B2B SaaS sizzle reel. We're building MediaScale, a creative intelligence platform for performance marketers. The platform sits at the intersection of three things that are usually disconnected: ad tracking, AI-powered creative analysis, and workflow automation. Here's the problem we solve: performance marketing teams today are running hundreds of ad variations across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. They can see what converted, but they have no systematic way to understand why a creative worked at the element level. Which hook, which messaging angle, which visual style actually drove the result. So they keep guessing. They burn budget testing blindly. And the teams that do figure out patterns can't scale them because everything lives in someone's head or a messy spreadsheet. MediaScale fixes that. The platform ingests ad data across platforms into one unified view. AI breaks every creative down into its building blocks (hook types, messaging angles, visual styles, audience signals) and maps those elements against performance data. Then the system closes the loop: winning patterns automatically become briefs, recommendations, and next actions. The longer you run it, the smarter it gets. Creative becomes a compounding system instead of a guessing game. We serve agencies, affiliate networks, and media buyers. The outcome is simple: our clients make more money because they scale what works faster and waste less on what doesn't. What we need: A 60-90 second sizzle reel we'll use for paid ads, partner presentations (we're presenting to major affiliate tracking platforms), website hero, and social content. This is a positioning piece, not a feature demo. The goal is to make performance marketers feel like they're operating with one hand tied behind their back without this. The reel should tell a story in three beats: 1. Track: all your ad data flowing into one clean dashboard. Unified view across platforms. 2. Analyze: the AI layer activating. Creative elements being tagged, classified, and scored. Side-by-side breakdowns showing why winners win. This is our signature moment. 3. Automate: winning patterns becoming briefs and recommendations automatically. The system compounding over time. More data in, smarter output out. Then land on the outcome: better creatives, faster, at scale. More money. Style and tone: We want a premium SaaS aesthetic. Think Linear, Vercel, Loom, usemotion.com. Bold typography, purposeful animation, UI that feels alive. Kinetic type, data visualization in motion, screen recordings with polished overlays. The vibe is engineered and confident, not playful or corporate. What we do NOT want: stock footage montages, cartoon explainer style, generic SaaS templates, or anything that looks like it came from a Fiverr gig page.
