Home-Based Travel Planner
We are looking for a passionate and experienced travel agent to join our team. As a home-based travel agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, booking travel arrangements, and ensuring that clients have an enjoyable and memorable travel experience. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Organize and confirm booking confirmations
- Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget
- Ensure that clients have all necessary travel documents and information
- Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during travel
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
