Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and consistent information regarding arenaflex products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with navigating the arenaflex website and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries with care and empathy.

Working Hours
