Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students and alumni across various lines of business. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Being highly productive and meeting outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs
  • Utilizing telephones, email, chat, and text communication with customers
  • Providing timely and professional responses to all written communication
  • Properly utilizing CRM systems for technical inquiries with follow-up for customer resolution
  • Following policies and procedures regarding escalations
  • Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions
  • Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content
  • Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry
  • Adhering to client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
  • Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Requirements

To be a successful Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport through effective communication and timely follow-up with customers
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues

Training Schedule

During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm CST. This comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role as a Customer Service Representative.
