Create and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments, to ensure they are current and relevant. Evaluate and provide timely and constructive feedback on student work, including exams, papers, and projects. Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning and engagement. Maintain regular office hours and be available for student consultations and support. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and intellectual growth. Collaborate with other faculty members and department staff to ensure the overall success of the program. Stay current with developments in the field and incorporate relevant industry trends and practices into the curriculum. Adhere to university policies and procedures, including academic integrity and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Participate in department meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and enhance the overall student experience.
