What You'll Be Doing

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who interact with our clients' websites via live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate assistance to customers who have questions or concerns about our clients' products or services. You'll have access to a comprehensive knowledge base and a supervisor who's always available to provide guidance and support. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate and helpful information to customers about our clients' products and services
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Contract Length & Rate

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work on a contract basis, with no fixed term. You'll be paid a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and performance.

Skills & Background

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
• A reliable internet connection
• 10+ hours of availability per week

Hours & Location

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and choose your own hours. We prefer candidates who are based in the United States, but we're open to considering applicants from other locations.
