Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career, develop new skills, and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Interact with hundreds of customers daily, using techniques like active listening and critical thinking to bring resolutions to a wide array of customer service inquiries

  • Actively resolve complaints and concerns within the queue
  • Investigate billing and fraudulent activity concerns
  • Process account requests
  • Provide guidance with product features and properly diagnose hardware/software issues
  • Screen sharing to resolve technical issues as needed
  • Coordinate appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Research articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries
  • Properly document notes and effectively summarize conversation details
  • Openly accept feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly
  • Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely
  • Ability to solicit feedback openly and adjust accordingly
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred but not required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience

  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
