As a Content & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be part of our Intelligent Tech Extraordinary Tasks group, responsible for crafting and delivering a pivotal new tool that will elevate the sales experience for customers and sales staff worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

As a Content & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop a new sales enablement program that meets the needs of customers and sales staff worldwide
  • Mapping out the customer journey and working with the program director to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Blending content from various sources to create a seamless and engaging experience
  • Developing a style guide and maintaining a library of all arenaflex content, monitoring performance and making recommendations for refreshes
  • Participating in rapid prototyping and testing to ensure the best possible outcome
  • Working with IT and Product Management teams to implement solutions that drive sales, improve customer experience, and increase efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience working with content development teams and regional partners, with a strong understanding of geo-specific requirements

  • Deep experience in happy development through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales
  • Comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products, features, and applications
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer experience data into actionable content strategies
  • Past experience with customer experience tools, including Adobe Experience Manager (a plus)
  • Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a willingness to work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highest level of integrity, values, honesty, and trust

Preferred Qualifications

* BS/MS degree (desired)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's content management systems and tools
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a comprehensive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary: $141,100.00 - $212,600.00 (dependent on experience, skills, and location)
