Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat: You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you will be responsible for responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
