Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing transactions, including check processing, direct deposits, and wire transfers
  • Resolving member inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including balance sheets and account statements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member issues
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Intermediate Excel and Word Experience: You'll need to have intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, including data analysis and report creation.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred, with a focus on resolving complex issues and providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Banking or Credit Union Experience: Previous experience in banking or credit union operations is highly desirable, with a focus on transaction processing and member service.
  • Skills and Licenses: You'll need to have a strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
