Key Responsibilities

As an experienced live chat assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and responsive communication

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, while also following instructions and guidelines
  • Dependable internet connection and access to a smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer
  • Familiarity with social media and website chat features
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (15 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications

While no experience is required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
