Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer interactions through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and written inquiries
  • Responding to daily requests received through ServiceNow, making phone calls, and engaging in live chat sessions
  • Thoroughly documenting discussions, including issue and resolution
  • Demonstrating a strong desire and empathy to help resolve problems, while striving to project a positive experience for each customer
  • Working in a performance-driven environment, where specific metrics and standards are used to measure productivity and quality of service
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including average handling time, customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution, or adherence to scripts or guidelines

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • One (1) or more years of experience in Contact Center Operations
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Six Sigma certification

  • Experience with Google Suite (Oracle experience a plus)
  • Ability to work in the Central or Mountain Time Zones

Physical Demands

To perform this job, you'll need to be able to:

  • Read, review, prepare, and analyze written data and figures using a PC or similar
  • Possess visual acuity
  • Occasionally climb, push, stand, walk, reach, grasp, kneel, stoop, and/or perform repetitive motions
  • Work in a general office or administrative environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions
