Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers who need assistance with their claims. Your role will involve:

• Receiving in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim
• Listening attentively to their concerns, solving problems, and providing personalized solutions
• Using your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues
• Collaborating with customers to find a resolution that meets their needs
• Utilizing technology to multi-task and manage calls efficiently

Ideal Candidate

• A minimum high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service

Schedule and Availability

We're hiring for the following schedules:

• Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
• Saturday and Sunday 10am-6:30pm
• This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts usually consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts. However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability
• We pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, recognizing the importance of your flexibility and commitment

Training and Development

When you start, we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success as a Customer Care Professional. Our training program includes:

• A combination of virtual "class room" and "on-the-job" training, typically lasting 6 weeks but may vary in duration
• Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm EST, with a lunch break
• Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you grow and develop your skills
