Responsibilities
As an Amazon Store Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns related to Amazon orders, including returns, refunds, and order status updates
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate customer records
- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes, including developing and implementing process improvements and best practices
