About the position BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) in Indiana to provide one-on-one overnight care in clients’ homes. This role offers steady overnight hours, allowing nurses to work independently and focus on their clients without the interruptions of a facility setting. Nurses will have access to 24/7 clinical support and can enjoy flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Fast-track hiring incentives are available for nurses who can complete onboarding quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one overnight care in clients’ homes.
- Work independently, staying focused on the client.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients.
- Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
