Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Exceeding customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and arenaflex policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

* Must type a minimum of 25 WPM.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Successful completion of mandatory training.
  • Customer service experience.

Location:

Work from Home in Approved States.

Hours:

We provide 24/7 customer care with a variety of shift opportunities.

Job Type:

Full-time.

Pay:

$15.00 per hour.
