Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Resolving customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters
  • Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution
  • Assisting customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and shipment details
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide informed support

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory; however, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point
  • English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for the role
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary
  • Online U.S residents are eligible to apply for this role

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Knowledge of Amazon products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
