Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional phone service to all members and potential members. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, courteous, friendly, timely, and professional phone service to all members and potential members
  • Assisting members with general service requests, such as opening and closing accounts, financial transactions, problem-solving, plastic card requests, address changes, CDs, and check ordering
  • Educating members on products and services offered by arenaflex
  • Following up on service requests, forms completion, return phone calls, mailing/emailing requested documentation, and research required to resolve issues
  • Identifying transactions, verifying funds, account availability, and research requests
  • Protecting member assets and account information
  • Assisting and instructing members on the use of electronic services, such as home banking, Anywhere Audio, estatements, bill pay, mobile banking, and website usage

Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or higher
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* One or more years of similar or related experience in a call center setting

  • Previous financial institution experience
  • Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
  • Experience efficiently researching accounts and reaching a resolution
  • Active listening skills
