Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk – Digital Database Management and Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our digital databases. Your primary responsibilities will include inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure data integrity. Responsibilities

* Confidentiality and Data Security: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer information and adhere to arenaflex's data security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.

  • Data Entry and Management: Input customer and account data into digital databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Update order statuses, and verify data for deficiencies or errors.
  • Data Research and Verification: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, and verify the accuracy of data to ensure consistency and integrity.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Apply data program techniques and procedures to generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
  • Document Management: Scan documents and print files as needed, ensuring efficient and secure document management practices.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and updating order statuses in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access, is essential for this role.

  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools, are required for efficient data entry and management.
