Job Summary

As a Customs Trade Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customs clearance and trade documentation. You'll work closely with our internal teams, clients, and government agencies to provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. This is a remote data entry position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process customs clearance and trade documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Maintain and update shipment documentation, including import and export records, in accordance with all record-keeping requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Process organization financier shipments and may handle distant filings
  • Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed, and perform other duties as assigned
  • Collaborate with clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, and internal staff to provide exceptional service and support

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, international trade)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with various systems and reference materials, including customs regulations and trade documentation

* Experience in customs clearance, trade documentation, or a related field

  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
