Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Resolving customer issues, including order discrepancies, returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Requirements
