Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your specific duties will include:

  • Providing service assistance to truckers who require roadside assistance, including handling emergency road service calls, escalated issues from tire service centers, and customer inquiries
  • Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
  • Inputting relevant call information into our PC system, processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
  • Transferring calls to other departments or call centers as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Ability to move fast, fix problems, and be nice
  • History of great attendance and punctuality
  • Highly organized and able to follow-through on tasks and responsibilities
  • PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
  • Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and software quickly
  • Articulate and professional communication style
  • Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Work from home experience
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
