Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our members and customers with their healthcare plans. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns, and providing solutions to help our members better understand their coverage and options. Through your expertise and knowledge, you will make a positive impact on our members' healthcare experience and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to questions and concerns from members and customers regarding their healthcare plans
- Provide accurate and timely information about medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions
- Offer solutions and alternatives to help members better understand their coverage and options
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
