Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, including information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources. Your primary objective will be to make data-driven recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, including information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions

  • Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources
  • Make arrangements from initial idea to production, and communicate results to a wide range of audiences
  • Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team
  • Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
  • Guide less senior staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Present to the management team and other stakeholders as required

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics

  • Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
  • Proficient in analysis software and applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry

  • Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Alteryx
  • Python/R
  • Automation
  • Financial Information
  • Basic Accounting Information
  • Proficient in analysis software and applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
