Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, your main responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering data into our system using a continuous stream of images.
- Identifying document types based on provided information.
- Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards.
- Ensuring all Personal Health Information (PHI) remains confidential in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Interacting professionally with other team members as needed.
- Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes.
- Completing all assigned tasks for the day.
- Performing other basic office duties as needed.
Hourly Pay and Schedule
* Pay: $12 per hour.
- Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with full-time preferred. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
- Shifts: Available shifts range between 8:00 am-9:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.

- Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
- Typing skills that meet the following requirements:
+ WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy. + KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy.
