As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Resource Collection and Data Entry: You will receive commands from your team leader or our HR Department and search for the required data to enter into our computer system or database.
- Data Maintenance: You will input new information, ensure existing data is accurate and up-to-date, and organize data for easy retrieval by our officials.
- Data Verification and Review: Before finalizing data entry work, you will verify the accuracy and completeness of information entered, including double-checking numerical or alphabetical data, cross-referencing information with other sources, or conducting quality checks.
- Creating Spreadsheets: You will create and maintain spreadsheets or databases using software such as Microsoft Excel, inputting data, organizing it into tables and charts, and ensuring the accuracy of formulas and calculations.
- Assist in Other Administrative Tasks: In addition to data entry, you may be responsible for other administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and organizing files.
Requirements
To join our team as a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you must meet the following requirements:- Age Limit: We prefer teenagers who are at least 16-19 years old, as at this age, you are able to understand your responsibilities and have developed proper typing speed.
- Education: You need a high school diploma or equivalent to be eligible for our data entry careers.
- Exceptional Typing Skills: To stand competitive and utilize your free time, you should have exceptionally accurate typing speed. We expect around 40 words per minute from you.
- Basic Computer Skills: If you have been practicing with MS Excel or Google Sheets, that's great! If not, at least basic computer skills and proficiency in using keyboard shortcuts will be enough to get you started.
