Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant, your main tasks will include:

  • Data Entry & Management: Pass raw data through our company's specified tools to store, manage, and analyze it.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data.
  • Presentation: Help senior members and team leaders with the final presentation of the data, ready to be used for various purposes.
  • Assist in Other Administrative Tasks: Perform tasks such as filing, organizing documents, scheduling appointments, social media management, and customer service tasks as assigned.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:
  • Be between 16 to 19 years old.
  • Have basic computer skills, including understanding how to use a computer and navigate online tools.
  • Have attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Be able to manage your time effectively, balancing work and studies.
  • Have strong communication skills, working collaboratively with a team of senior and junior members.
