Key Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving and managing incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Providing top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintaining a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
  • Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new software tools
  • The ability to type at least 40wpm and take notes while keeping up a conversation

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
