Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Data Entry Clerks to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing important data, ensuring it meets the company's standards and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our patient records and other essential data.

Responsibilities

* Input and update data into databases and customer management systems

  • Verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
  • Review data for discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly
  • Follow data program techniques and procedures for data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Attend regular training sessions and team meetings

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 words per minute)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required
