Job Summary

  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and accurately

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or related fields is a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
