Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries, complaints, and issues. You will be responsible for providing accurate information about our products and services, resolving customer complaints, and documenting customer records. Responsibilities

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and conflict resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including analytical and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
