Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers over the phone and in person to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Utilizing computer technology to handle high call volumes
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A four-year degree preferred
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Familiarity with office software and computer systems
  • Ability to handle cash transactions is desirable
