Graphic Designer (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop)
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and talented Graphic Designer specializing in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to join our creative team. This role, specializes in designing and producing high-quality custom challenge coins, lapel pins, and promotional products for military, law enforcement, corporate clients, and organizations nationwide. We take pride in detailed craftsmanship, fast turnaround, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. This role focuses on creating custom artwork for challenge coins, lapel pins, and related products based on customer ideas, sketches, and branding guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Design custom challenge coins, lapel pins, and related products
- Convert customer concepts, sketches, and logos into production-ready artwork
- Create vector illustrations using Adobe Illustrator
- Prepare and edit designs in Adobe Photoshop when needed
- Collaborate with sales team to meet client expectations and deadlines
- Revise designs based on client feedback
- Ensure all artwork meets production specifications and quality standards
Experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required)
- Strong understanding of vector artwork and file preparation
- Ability to recreate and enhance logos and artwork
- Attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience designing challenge coins, lapel pins, or promotional products
- Knowledge of enamel fills, metal finishes, and production processes
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
