Experienced Life Insurance Agent – Remote (High Earnings + Growth Path)
Overview
Arena Insurance Group is expanding and looking for driven, licensed professionals ready to grow beyond personal production and step into leadership. This is an opportunity to build your own book of business, develop a team, and scale your income in a performance-based environment with full support, training, and systems in place. This is a remote, independent contractor (1099) position. What You’ll Do
- Work with clients to review and secure life and health insurance coverage
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Develop and mentor new agents (for those pursuing leadership)
- Utilize our systems for client management, quoting, and applications
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Compensation
- 100% performance-based (commission + bonuses + overrides)
- Weekly pay structure

Requirements
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Coachable and team-oriented mindset
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Important This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Compensation is not hourly or salaried and is based solely on performance. Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits:
