At American Express Global Business Travel, we are looking for an outstanding Team Coach to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced coach, with a passion for helping teams reach their full potential. The successful candidate will have a strong background in team dynamics, communication, and conflict resolution, as well as a commitment to building and sustaining a positive team culture.The Team Coach is responsible for understanding team dynamics, working with teams to facilitate the collaborative process, and coaching team members to help them achieve their goals. The Team Coach should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem solving abilities, and an ability to work with diverse teams. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of team dynamics and how to create a team-oriented work environment.To be successful in this role, the Team Coach should possess the following qualifications:• A bachelor's degree in organizational development, psychology, education, or a related field• At least three years of experience in coaching, team development, and/or organizational development• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities• A demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds• Experience in leading effective team meetings• Knowledge of team dynamics and conflict resolution• An understanding of the principles of organizational developmentIf you have a passion for helping teams reach their full potential and the qualifications to be successful in this role, we invite you to apply for the position of Team Coach at American Express Global Business Travel. Provide guidance on organizational development principles.
