Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, including booking flights, resolving issues, and providing essential travel information. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist with flight bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Provide travel information and support to customers, including flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including booking details and customer preferences.
  • Handle cancellations and changes to bookings, ensuring seamless and efficient processing.
  • Upsell additional services and products to customers, such as travel insurance and loyalty programs.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
