Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home in Texas. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling sales and enrollments, managing inbound and outbound calls, and identifying opportunities to boost product sales. If you're a strong communicator, a customer service enthusiast, and a product knowledge expert, we want to hear from you!

Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts starting between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM EST

Pay Rate:

$35,000 - $41,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities

As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling sales and enrollments with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying opportunities to boost product sales through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of call center or sales experience
  • Residency in Texas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to educate customers about products
