Job Summary

As an International Voice Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels, including mail, chat, and phone. You will utilize a range of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications

* Minimum qualification of 10+2

  • Any graduate or postgraduate degree is eligible to apply
  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
  • Ability to work in shifts and be flexible with scheduling
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work to ensure productivity and department standards
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
  • Good comprehension skills and ability to clearly understand and address customer issues
  • Ability to use a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Good typing skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and policies
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
