The Role We’re looking for a part-time Contracts Data & Migration Specialist to support active CMS implementation projects. This role will focus on migrating contracts and associated data between systems — specifically ContractSafe and Ironclad. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with leading CLM platforms and grow into broader contract data quality (QC) work across multiple client environments. What You’ll Do
- Migrate contracts and metadata into ContractSafe and Ironclad CMS platforms
- Review executed agreements to extract and input key data points
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract records during migration
- Perform data validation and quality checks against source documents
- Organize and manage contract files and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with the TaktiKa team to resolve data inconsistencies or gaps
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with contract data entry, abstraction, or migration
- Familiarity with ContractSafe and/or Ironclad and ContractWorks/SecureDocs strongly preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong critical thinking — able to interpret contract language and ask questions
- Organized, reliable, and responsive communicator
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in legal ops, contract administration, or CLM tools
- Exposure to multiple CMS/CLM systems
- Paralegal background or certification
