Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of quality and attention to detail

• Analyze data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations to our clients
• Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets using Excel and MS Access
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data operations and exceptional client support
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience working on a data operations team, with a strong background in data analysis

• Proficiency in Excel and MS Access, with the ability to develop complex spreadsheets and databases
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with data quality and data governance, with a strong understanding of data management policies and procedures
• Certification in data analysis or a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
