Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment that reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Assisting with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting it from the stockroom to the sales floor.
  • Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring our products are always available and easily accessible.
  • Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.

Position Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
  • Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred.
  • The ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the capacity to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • A flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
