About the Role:Join HEALTHSTAR LLC as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Charlotte, NC, where you'll play a crucial role in empowering individuals to overcome challenges and improve their mental well-being. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to our clients, helping them navigate life's complexities with confidence. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.
  • Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.
  • Participate in case reviews and contribute to program development initiatives.
  • Part of a CST Team
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
