Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing office operations and assisting associates in optimizing procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day activities
  • Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner, maintaining accuracy and validity of information
  • Creating and updating records, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our data
  • Scheduling and planning meetings and appointments, ensuring effective communication and coordination
  • Monitoring office supplies and handling shortages to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace
  • Resolving office-related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Performing receptionist duties when needed, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers and visitors

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role

  • Knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures, including record-keeping and data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel, with experience in data entry and financial management
