Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data-entry Clerk / Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience; data-entry experience a plus

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
