The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. What You'll Do

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers nationwide, providing support and guidance to help reunite them with their missing pets. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the frontline team for arenaflex's pet reunification services, helping to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Providing a positive and personalized experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

• Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work during peak periods

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills
• A quiet designated work area at home, free from distractions and interruptions
• Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
