Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries. You will assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience. You will also accurately document call content in real-time. This is a temporary role with excellent potential for permanent employment, offering a unique opportunity to grow your career in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries

  • Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
  • Accurately document call content in real-time
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills

Schedule

* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Note: Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay: $16.20/hr

  • Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
