Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Healthcare-related certification, such as CNA, LPN, or RN
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A strong internet connection, with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable, to ensure seamless communication and data transfer
  • Ability to pass a language knowledge assessment, demonstrating proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients who speak Spanish as their primary language
  • Previous government clearance, with the ability to pass a detailed background check
