You'll respond to sales leads and customer inquiries, guiding customers through every step of their car buying journey, from online sales to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
  • Guiding customers towards vehicles that meet their needs, using your knowledge of the arenaflex inventory
  • Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
  • Mentoring others as your skillset expands
  • Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
  • Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states (may require testing and travel)

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Guide customers through every step of their car buying journey, from online sales to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
  • Use your knowledge of the arenaflex inventory to recommend vehicles that meet customers' needs
  • Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
  • Mentor others as your skillset expands
  • Achieve sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
  • Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states (may require testing and travel)

Qualifications and Requirements

* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment

  • Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
  • High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies; strong computer skills
  • Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year according to the needs of the business
  • Hybrid role with a requirement for working on site one day per week
  • Must meet the minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
  • Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
